We'll find out about your goals and put together a property portfolio plan and recommend a strategy for your next purchase.
If you are happy with your portfolio plan and strategy, you can decide if you would like to work with us and take the next step.

We'll work with your mortgage broker or introduce you to our recommended finance team to get a crystal clear understanding of your budget and how much rental income you need in your next purchase so you can continue to build your portfolio

Based on your goals and budget, we’ll use our advanced research methods to identify the best suburbs with high-growth prospects.
We'll research and identify the best suburbs with high-growth prospects that match your strategy and budget

We'll search for suitable properties in your chosen suburbs through all available platforms and our agent networks. We have strong relationships with selling agents and will often get access to properties before they are advertised on the market.

Once we find a suitable property, we'll go through our due-diligence checks to identify any potential risks.
This stage is all about protecting you by finding out if there is any reason we should not buy this property.

Once we find a suitable property, We'll conduct an in-depth valuation by analysing multiple data points and previous sales in the area. We'll use this valuation and data to put together a negotiation strategy so you don't overpay.
Once our valuation is set, we’ll present an offer to the selling agent and negotiate on your behalf to get the best possible price.

Once your offer is accepted, We'll work with you and the selling agent to manage the signing and exchange of contracts between you and the seller.

We'll connect you to a highly skilled conveyancer and work with them to manage the settlement process.
During this time, we'll also connect you with a Building and Pest inspector who will inspect the property and make sure it is structurally sound and in reasonable condition before you move forward with the purchase
We'll also work with you and your mortgage broker to finalise your home loan approvals for this purchase.

As your property approaches settlement, we'll introduce you to a highly recommended property manager who is an expert in the area you purchased in.
Your property manager will help you select a high-quality tenant and will manage your property and rental payments on your behalf - and will be your eyes and ears on the ground to help you protect your asset and maximise your returns.

Once your property is settled, it is officially yours!

The selling agent will arrange for the keys to be picked up by you or your property manager.
